Keep Carlsbad Beautiful was certified with Keep America Beautiful on October 29, 1992.  The affiliate is committed in helping in the revitalization and economic development of the city.  Overall goals are related to trash removal, beautification and other ways to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Carlsbad.
