The New Mexico Tourism Department (NMTD) is soliciting proposals for a full service, highly creative advertising agency to provide a statewide advertising campaign and promotional services for the New Mexico Clean & Beautiful Program (NMCB) on a contractual basis. This (RFP) is for the program New Mexico Clean & Beautiful advertising and promotion only. NMCB advertising budget is approximately one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) per fiscal year. Funding for the advertising agency contract is contingent on funds appropriated by the New Mexico State Legislature.
